Q: Do you charge per the hour or the day ?
 
A: My fees are charged on a daily basis, hours of work are 9.00am to 6.00pm.

Q: You are based in Huddersfield, would you travel to our dealership in Northanpton ?
 
A: Yes, I offer my services on a national basis, so distance is not an issue.

Q: We produce quarterly accounts with our external accountant but the franchise requires monthly composite submissions which would be submitted by the accounts assistant, can you help?
 
A: Yes, we would review your trial balance to ensure it complies with the composite requirements then create a download from your DMS into your composite provider's software and link all the nominals. Train the accounts assistant ensuring that they are familiar with all aspects of submitting the composite.

Q: We have taken on a new Accountant, who is not familiar with Kerridge Rev8, can you provide asistance ?
 
A: Yes. Firstly create a action plan with the General Manager and the new Accountant to ensure that the needs of the client are met.  The plan would be implemented with the Accountant ensuring that all aspects of Kerridge from the accountants point of view have been covered.

Q: We are in the process of appointing a new Accountant, can you provide tempoary cover ?
 
A: Yes. I can offer my services on a temporary basis by providing the accountants function until the new accountant starts.

Q: We need to upgrade our ageing DMS, but need assistance, can you help ?
 
A: With over 20 years experience in the motortrade having worked on various Dealer Management Systems and not affiliated to any system provider, I can offer an independent view on what system would be beneficial to you the Client and NOT the system provider. I can also Project Manage the transfer from old to new.
